  3. Valid Dispute Conditions

    Chargeback requests are strictly limited to cases of fraudulent card activity or confirmed billing inaccuracies. We urge you to reach out to our support staff prior to filing a bank dispute, as we can typically address and correct the matter more swiftly.

  4. Invalid Dispute Scenarios

    A dispute is not valid if the services were delivered as promised. Furthermore, chargebacks may not be used to evade the cancellation policies or refund schedules that were accepted at the time of the initial reservation.
