Acting as an official intermediary for MCI Group and Maritz Global Events, we oversee transactions managed by these industry authorities. This document details the framework governing cancellations and reimbursements.

  2. Reservation Agreements

    Every booking arranged through Meetingservices is administered by MCI Group and Maritz Global Events. By using our platform, you confirm your acceptance of and compliance with the distinct cancellation and refund conditions stipulated by these partners.

  3. Qualification for Refunds

    Reimbursements may be processed under the specific conditions outlined below:

    • Cancellations made within the designated grace period specified in your service contract.
    • Cases involving invoicing mistakes, duplicate transactions, or unintended overpayments.
    • Non-delivery of promised services resulting from factors within our direct control.
  4. Non-Refundable Conditions

    Please be aware that refunds are not granted in the following instances:

    • Cancellation requests submitted after the cut-off date detailed in your agreement.
    • Trips cancelled due to personal choices or schedule changes not protected by the policy.
    • Non-compliance with the operational terms established by MCI Group and Maritz Global Events.
  5. Initiating a Refund Request

    To start the refund process, please get in touch with our support staff, providing your booking ID and a reason for the request. Upon receipt, claims are generally evaluated and finalized within 10 to 15 business days.

  6. Partial Reimbursements

    In cases involving partial cancellations or itinerary adjustments, a pro-rated refund may be available. The specific amount will be determined by the terms and dates defined in your initial booking agreement.

  7. Resolving Disagreements

    If a conflict arises regarding a refund ruling, Meetingservices will work alongside MCI Group and Maritz Global Events to perform a comprehensive review. Our priority is to achieve a just and balanced outcome for everyone involved.

  8. Policy Modifications

    Meetingservices retains the authority to revise these Refund & Cancellation Guidelines at any time. Changes will be announced through our official communication channels and will be effective as soon as they are posted.
